RETURNS

Terms

We hope and trust that all our customers find no need to return products, but should you wish to return a purchase to Plowden & Fallow, customers have 28 days to return a product for any reason, either for a refund or an exchange; this is provided the product is unopened and in it’s original sealed packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons Plowden & Fallow cannot accept returned items that have been opened and used unless the item is faulty.

• Faulty items: Plowden & Fallows stringent manufacturing processes and attention to detail mean we hope a customer will never receive a item with defects, but should a customer receive a faulty item they have 28 days to return the item back to Plowden & Fallow for either a refund or a replacement provided the item is still in stock. After 28 days Plowden & Fallow may offer a replacement product or refund completely at our discretion.

• Only items purchased through the Plowden & Fallow website (www.plowdenandfallow.com) may be returned back to us. Plowden & Fallow cannot be held responsible for returns where a Plowden & Fallow product purchase has been made through a third party or a retailer.

• A customer is responsible for paying the postage cost to return an item to Plowden & Fallow, customers should also retain proof of postage.

• Where a refund is applicable Plowden & Fallow hopes to have these issued within 10 days from receiving the return.

Making a Return

If making a return please include a note with your order number, full name and address and post the item to the following address (Customer pays for the return postage) :

Please ensure you retain retain proof of postage.
